Full Charge Bookkeeper

Fully onsite in North Scottsdale Area

What You Will Do

• This role owns the full bookkeeping function from A to Z.
• Manage full cycle bookkeeping across multiple accounts
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process payroll and related filings
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations
• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Track and reconcile sales tax and other filings
• Support month end and year end close
• Partner with leadership on financial accuracy and reporting

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and reconciliations
• Experience with payroll processing
• Comfortable preparing financial statements
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
